Metro Harbourview

Hey.. What do you guys think of Metro Harbourview in the Tai Kok Tsui area? Is it a good value for investment?

If you dont mind, its next to older building and somewhat far from MTR. However you have three MTR stations: Prince Edward, Olympic and Nam Cheong and there is shopping centre under the complex, so that is good. For a little more money and a better location, I would consider Park Avenue or Central Park in Olympian City 2. Still have shopping but on top direct of MTR.
