Overall, net lease properties have become a major part of the real estate investment atmosphere.  Many brokers have launched divisions focusing solely on net lease properties.  Certain agencies focus exclusively on net lease properties.  Some large net lease brokers include CB Richard Ellis Inc. (don’t they just appear on every list?), Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services Inc., Excel Realty Advisors L.P., Stan Johnson Company and NAI BT Commercial.
