Net lease properties have been a wonderful choice of investment for many investors. Typically, retail properties leased by high quality chain-store tenants, these are relatively stable investments with decent yields. Thus, many large companies have been expressing great interest in these properties. Lexsington Realty Trust, for example, is a large investor in such properties. Cole Companies, W.P. Carey & Co., U.S. Realty Advisors L.L.C., United Trust Fund, CRIC Capital L.L.C., Mesirow Financial, Passco Companies, Aspen International Capital Corp. and Boulder Net Lease Funds L.L.C. are other significant net lease property investors.
