This is a major health problem in the city of SARS and no one will fix it. Department of Health will not assess for health safety unless I die or have a dangerous virus. I want the problem solved before that happens. Owner will not refund the deposit as we have a lease. Wonderful place until you have a problem Then it is Hell! Cheung Kong’s properties aren’t all that great. I heard that Hampton Place, one of their projects built in 2002 in the Olympic Station area – nice views, but my friend says that it is leaking. They aren't usually of the best quality. But for the price, they are a reasonable I guess.
